General Info:

Thank you so much for  shopping at The Mimi Boutique! Please note pictures are intended to give a general idea of the products. Colors/patterns are not always 100% accurate and MAY VARY in person.  We really do strive to give the BEST we can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions.  Feel free to Contact us with questions before ordering.
Note: We carry brands from all over the world! And each brand is unique in their sizing.  Therefore, we try hard to provide accurate measurements for each and every individual piece. 
All orders in MARYLAND are subject to 6% sales tax and have the option of FREE in store pickup. 
Being an online and in store Boutique, some items may be shown as "Avalaible" but may have been sold in store recently. Full refunds will be sent should a product be out of stock. 
Shatnez testing is responsibility of the buyer (if wool)
We are not responsible for pilling or shedding of any clothing. 
Shipping & Local Delivery:
Most Shipments & local deliveries go out within 24-48 hours after order is placed via UPS or USPS (weather & holiday permitting).
Look for tracking/delivery emails (or texts).

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Mimi Purchase but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied ...
Local Baltimore People:  You have a 7 day Return window on new, unwashed, unworn full priced clothing items with TAGS attached. Sale/Discounted Items are FINAL Sale-No refunds or exchange. Day ONE is the day the item is bought (If bought Tuesday,  return window closes the following Monday).
SPECIAL HOLIDAY Return Policy (Local Orders Only):  1 day Return Policy Goes into effect typically witin 3-4 weeks before Rosh Hashona, Sukkot, Pesach (Passover) & Shavout. Please check in for when this starts (Includes local delivery).
Non Local/Shipping:
All new, unworn, unwashed, (clean), unscented full priced clothing items in folded, original condition and TAGS ATTACHED may be shipped back for any reason within 7 days from day it arrives, for money back (Unless stated otherwise). During High Holiday season, this changes to 3 days. An optional return label is sent automatically with each online order once shipped.

We offer free shipping in local US for orders $100+. Shipping remains free to the customer,  if $100 or more is kept.  If not, then a shipping deduction is taken out the refund from the return. 
All Shipping costs (International & Regular shipping) is nonrefundable. Refunds will only be sent once item is received and deemed to be in acceptable condition.
All return labels that are used, are charged to the customer via deduction from the return. 
We typically use priority USPS for returns. Exact cost determined when Usps scans & weighs the package. 
Customers are welcome to use whichever method of return shipping they prefer if they don't want to use our prepaid labels. Insurance is suggested but not mandatory. We advise insuring your package as The Mimi Boutique takes no responsibility for lost packages. 
Returns over $400 are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee. (If more then $400 is kept,  this fee may be waived)

SALE/DISCOUNTED Items, Stockings, Leggings, Tights, Slips, Swim/workout Wear, ALL HEADWEAR including snoods, hats, berets, beanies, bands, scarves/tichels & pre-ties, Jewelry, Shoes & Custom orders.
No return/exchange.
If a discount codes over 15%  is used, assume final sale unless stated otherwise. 
If a final sale item is returned,  we will donate it after 30 days and no refund will be given. Customer may choose to cover shipping & have the item shipped back. 
Return policy is subject to change 4 weeks Prior to main Jewish Holidays including Rosh Hashona/Sukkot, Passover & Shavous. (Typically items must be shipped back within 2-3 days from delivery, 4 weeks prior to a main Jewish Holiday) Please check in if unsure.
Online Local Pickup/Delivery: 24 hours pickup allowance for paid items once "order is ready" email is sent out. After 24 hours the 7 day return window starts counting down. After that order is FINAL. 
*During Yom Tov Season, (High Holidays) there's only a 1 day pickup window & 1 day return window. 
For Local Delivery: Deliveries are usually made within 24-48 hours. IF you are out of town or have special instructions on how to deliver PLEASE notify me! We don't deliver to Condos/apartments that require a buzzer to enter and for us to take elevators.
Usually orders are left by the door or in mailbox.
Missing/stolen items, or incorrect addresses on the order -are NOT the responsibility of The Mimi Boutique. An email is sent when your delivery is on it's way which is usually within 24-48 hours (weather permitting. May take longer if holiday or busy season). From the moment your item is delivered, 7 day return window starts counting down. *1 day during high holiday season. Please check in if unsure. 
PLEASE NOTE: If local Delivery was FREE and you return enough that your order falls under the $100 required for free delivery,  then a $5 delivery fee is Deducted. 
General Shipping in local U.S. Information
All orders over $100 In Local US has a ship free option but all are welcome to pay for whichever method of shipping prefered. 
Shipping Charges go by weight. Free shipping  is usually via USPS or UPS with tracking. Items are usually shipped within 2 business days once paid unless special instructions are provided or custom order. (Weather permitting and not including Main/legal holidays). A few times a year there may be shipping delays (posted on social media & website banner) Feel free to check in if items are needed asap. 
LOST PACKAGES
If a package sent by us, gets lost in the post:
We deal with these on a individual basis. 
If Priority Mail Was used, then a claim can be filed for up to $100 via USPS online. 
Return shipping by the customer is 100% the Customer's responsibility.
We have the right to refuse any returns shipped after 7 days. (3 days during busy season)
Communication is Key so please don't hesitate to reach out. 
International Shipping

Shipping goes by weight. Any customs tax/vat  are responsibility of the buyer. 
Shipping is done via USPS unless customer selected otherwise & is typically shipped within 2 business days once paid. Customs forms are filled out with items declared. If any special instructions are required, Please email themimiboutique@gmail.com or
Mimi@themimiboutique.com OR whatsapp Mimi 667-210-0346 with your info and instructions. 
Once package leaves U.S. they can not always be tracked and are purchased at the buyers responsibility.
We are NOT responsible for any items once they ship.
