Thank you so much for shopping at The Mimi Boutique! Please note pictures are intended to give a general idea of the products. Colors/patterns are not always 100% accurate and MAY VARY in person. We really do strive to give the BEST we can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions. Feel free to Contact us with questions before ordering.
Note: We carry brands from all over the world! And each brand is unique in their sizing. Therefore, we try hard to provide accurate measurements for each and every individual piece. (A size chart wouldn't help due to this)
All orders in MARYLAND are subject to 6% sales tax and have the option of FREE in store or, upon request, Indian Village pickup.
Full refunds will be sent should a product be out of stock after ordering with no fee.
Shatnez testing is responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for pilling or shedding of any clothing. Especially after washing.
Any order/ item that is canceled due to customer request is subject to a restocking fee of up to 5%
During Sale times, no cancelation will be accepted.
If an order has a shipping confirmation sent out, it's Too late to Cancel.
Shipping & Local Delivery:
We offer free standard shipping in local US for orders over $200. (Subject to change especially during annual sales and pre-holiday season). Insurance may be added to orders $400+ and is included as part of shipping cost (and will be deducted if returned).
$10 Local Delivery (Again may not be available depending on time of year).
Most Shipments & local deliveries go out within 24-48 business hours after order is placed. Weekends not included & weather/holiday permitting.
Look for tracking/delivery emails (or texts).
We want you to be happy with your Mimi Purchase but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied returns can be made on most full priced clothing products.
Local Baltimore People: You have 7 days to Return NEW, UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED, UNALTERED, FULL PRICE clothing items with TAGS attached/in original packaging.
Day ONE is the day the item is bought (If bought Tuesday, return window closes the following Monday). 5% Restocking fee for returns over $300. 10% restock fee for orders returned over $1000
SPECIAL HOLIDAY Return Policy (Local Baltimore): Please check in to see revised return policy which tends to change 4 weeks prior to a major holiday.
U.S. Non Local Shipping Returns:
Assuming FULL priced Clothing item(s), you may return for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
Please follow return policy below.
Items must be: Clean, new, unaltered, unwashed, unscented condition, with packaging & tags attached and packaged nicely.
These items may be shipped back for any reason within 7 days from arrival date for money back (Unless stated otherwise).
Return labels are available via BOTH UPS & USPS (upon request). The cost of used labels is determined via weight/size/shipping method and is deducted from the customers return refund. Label is only deducted if used. If using your own return label, return request still MUST be submitted via the website and your order number MUST be included somewhere on/in the package. Otherwise we may not know who to refund and you may be denied your return.

If free shipping was used and final order falls below $150, our shipping fee will be deducted.
All Shipping costs (International & Regular) is nonrefundable. Refunds will only be sent once item is received and deemed to be in acceptable condition. We have the right to refuse any returns that does not meet the above conditions.
A 5% Restocking fee will be issued to orders over $300 that are returned. This includes all online orders local or not. And includes multiple orders if placed around same time.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missing packages. Feel free to insure as needed and if using your own shipping methods, please inform us, write your order number somewhere in or on the package and provide tracking information.

Final Sale Items:
SALE/DISCOUNTED Items, Stockings, Leggings, Tights, Slips, Swim/workout Wear, ALL HEADWEAR, Jewelry, belts & Custom orders.
If a discount codes 20% or more was used, assume final sale unless stated otherwise.
If a final sale item is returned, we will donate it or do as we please with it after 30 days and no refund will be given. Customer may choose to cover shipping & have the item shipped back.
Online Local Pickup/Delivery: 24 hours pickup allowance for paid items once "order is ready" email is sent out. After 24 hours the 7 day return window starts counting down. After that, the order is FINAL.
*During Yom Tov Season, (High Holidays) there's only a 1 day pickup window & 1 day return window.
For Local Delivery: Deliveries are usually made within 24-48 business hours. IF you are out of town or have special instructions on how to deliver PLEASE notify us.
We don't deliver to Condos/apartments that require a buzzer to enter or elevators.
Usually orders are left by the door or in mailbox.
Missing/stolen items, or incorrect addresses on the order -are NOT the responsibility of The Mimi Boutique. An email is sent when your delivery is on it's way which is usually within 24-48 hours
(weather permitting. May take longer if holiday or busy season). From the moment your item is delivered, 7 day return window starts counting down. *1 day during high holiday season. Please check in if unsure.
Free In Store Pickup: PLEASE note- orders are held for 3 months. After this, we reserve the right to do as we please with your order as it will be considered hefker/owner-less. Odds are, it'll be donated to a charity of our choosing.
Shipping charge goes by weight. Any and ALL customs tax/vat are responsibility of the buyer. By placing your order, you accept these charges. Refused packages will still cost taxes and that will be deducted from your refund when/if we get the package back.
