Refund policy

All discounted items including discount codes (unless specified otherwise), and Sale items are FINAL SALE. Other final sale items include: stockings/hoisery, jewelry, slips, shells, bathing suits, all headwear, all accessories and custom orders. All other items have a 7 day return policy for full refund. Day 1 is day package is delivered. Must notify us via email AND ship within 7 days of receiving your package. Shipping is non refundable and the responsibility of the buyer. If free shipping was used then shipping cost will be deducted if order falls below the $100 threshold. Same is true with Local Delivery. If  delivery was Free, and items are returned with total order falling below $100, then delivery cost is deducted.  Items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, with tags attached (if applicable) and in new, unused, unscented condition, folded nicely. Please include order number and full name used on the order (can write on separate paper) if not using our return label. A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted for returns over $300
Late or unrequested returns are not accepted.
