Shipping policy

Once orders are made, please allow 24-48 business hours for your order to ship. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and responsibility of the customer. If free shipping is used but order is returned and falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping is deducted from the return.
For shipping returns, return labels are available via email but return shipping cost is responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the return. (Please email before returning).
Lost/Late packages are not the responsibility of The Mimi Boutique. It is advisable to always insure your packages whether buying or returning. We do our best to ship fast via reliable shipping services but we have no control once the package is dropped off/picked up by the Post.
